SPAC® Product IntegratorOverviewJ-Tech Design Ltd. is RB&W's integrator of choice for SPAC® nut install tooling. The RB&W SPAC® (Self Pierce And Clinch) Nut System offers manufacturers a highly engineered fastener technology that increases production rates, eliminates the welding process, and provides a clean, high tech appearance. All SPAC® Nuts are manufactured to meet Grade 8 or PC 10 performance levels. Internally threaded, Self-piercing and Self-clinching, SPAC® Nuts provide a strong permanent joint with high strength threads. SPAC® Nuts eliminate the need for seperate hole making operations. The SPAC® Nut system has been integrated into automated stamping operations for major automobile manufacturers around the world. It is also utilized as a weld nut alternative for high volume sheet metal applications. J-Tech offers a Standard Head for topdown applications or a Deluxe Head specifically designed to suit the top down, bottom up or horizontal cam action application.
